Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Relay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Relay.

2. What Relay is

Relay is an operating system for directors and their Executive Assistants — bookings, projects, calendar events, and communications managed by the EA and surfaced to the director on one shared link.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Relay is intended for use in a professional capacity (e.g. as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role).

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account represents one EA. You may not share your account credentials with others or use a single account to serve multiple organisations unless explicitly permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Relay to store unlawful or harmful content, harass or impersonate others, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or resell access without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions without notice.

6. Subscriptions & payment

• Relay plan: ₹9,500/month billed annually, or ₹11,500/month billed monthly, per director. Billed via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Relay does not currently hold GST registration. No GST is charged at this time. This will be updated when registration is obtained.
• A 21-day trial is available after a 30-minute onboarding call with the founder. No card is required during the trial period.
• Failed payments result in a brief grace period before your director's view switches to read-only. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Your data

You own all data you enter into Relay. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle, store, and protect it.

8. Service availability

Relay is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. No SLA is offered on the Relay plan.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Relay is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
