Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 29 April 2026

1. Relay Plan (₹9,500/month annual · ₹11,500/month monthly)

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@myrelay.space.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
  • Relay does not offer prorated refunds for unused days in an active billing period.
  • First-charge guarantee: If you are charged for the first time and are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@myrelay.space and we will issue a full refund. One refund per customer.

2. What happens after cancellation

Your subscription lapses at the end of the billing period. Your director's shared link becomes read-only — all existing bookings, projects, and calendar events remain visible but no new data can be added or edited. We retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate; after that it may be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion — see our Privacy Policy.

3. How to cancel

Email hello@myrelay.space and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.

4. Disputes & Grievance Officer

For billing disputes, email hello@myrelay.space with your registered email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

As required under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and RBI guidelines, our Grievance Officer is:
