Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Relay is operated by Tarun Sharma, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: hello@myrelay.space.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address.
• Director data: names, contact details, and any information you enter about the executives you manage.
• Booking, project, and calendar data: information you enter or sync from Google Calendar.
• Communications: messages and notes exchanged within the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited — used solely for security and to improve the service.

3. Why we collect it

We collect and process your data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Relay service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, data is retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion — see Section 6.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time
• Grievance redressal (see Section 8)

To exercise any right, email hello@myrelay.space or use the Delete My Account option in Settings → Account. Erasure requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only session cookies necessary for authentication and, on director pages, an HttpOnly PIN cookie. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Relay after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
